• Methods of payment accepted: Cash, check or Credit card.  If paying with credit card using Square, Hawaii general excise tax of 4.712% will be added to all service totals.

New Client Procedures:

• All new clients are required to complete a brief intake via telephone with the therapist prior to booking. Treatment goals and health history will be discussed. 
• We reserve the right to refuse service.
